Good to know
This townhome boasts a spacious, well-designed layout offering plenty of room to move around and relax. The space is immaculately clean and peaceful, providing a serene atmosphere for unwinding. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a 55" TV, a desk with a chair, ceiling fan, large dresser and a nice-sized closet. Extra storage under the bed and outside the bedroom door, if needed. The bathroom is in the hall next to the bedroom, which is shared with one person and kept spotless. It's important to note that this is a shared living space, occupied by myself and a roommate. We are very easy to share a home with. If you're someone who enjoys cooking, you can make use of the spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with all the tools, spices, and appliances. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the amazing fully equipped, professionally designed gym, sauna, and red light therapy to keep you energized and healthy.
Other Details to Note
I have a friendly, small dog. Sometimes my roommate brings her sweet small dog over for visits. We are very pleasant to live with. Check out the other reviews on my other listings. To access the Red light therapy bed and infrared sauna, make an appointment by sending me a message. If you would like to sign up for personal training and yoga services, there is an additional hourly fee. We are in Hyde Park, conveniently two blocks from the village. It is home to some of Tampa's finest restaurants and shops. Downtown, Channel side, and Ybor are all within easy reach. Amalie Arena, located less than 1 mile away, is the perfect spot to catch a hockey game or enjoy a concert. Tampa General Hospital is also just a short distance away (less than 1 mile or 15-minute walk). Take in the beauty of the outdoors with a stroll along the stunning Bayshore or Riverwalk, a stylish experience at this centrally located place.
