Melissa’s place is a great for a group stay. The house was clean, spacious and has a great backyard with plenty of privacy. The location is great; just a short uber to downtown which is super convenient. Melissa was very responsive and was quick to address any of our concerns. I would recommend the Melissa’s place to anyone looking for a nice group vacation!

I would stay here again. Location is great. The pool was perfect with plenty of layout chairs. The beach is imported sand with chairs and shade. Did not have problem getting loungers there either. Note: this is not a beach for swimming. We enjoyed the view, shade, quietness, and breeze. Parking is easy. Room was 4th floor with elevator and balcony..It was clean.

The location was lovely. It was nice to have a water view. The pool was nice and it having a bar that served food and drinks was a bonus. I liked that it’s a gated community with 24 hour security. Also, parking was plentiful. I can’t think of anything negative.

Our stay was great! The neighborhood was beautiful and really nice to walk around. Walking distance from quite a few restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was cute, clean, and we really enjoyed being able to use the gym!

Melissa was super responsive with any questions I had. Her place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was a great location for us with lots of amenities to enjoy. The balcony was the perfect mix of privacy with a great view! We saw lots of Florida wildlife while hanging out taking in the scenary with a cup of morning coffee. Our stay could not have been more perfect for us. We will definitely be returning!

Loved the gym and sauna, and loved that it was walkable to Hyde Park Village. Thanks for a great stay. I felt like it had the amenities of a hotel but the comfort and convenience of a house.

We loved staying here! Perfect location to walk to Hyde Park village or along Bayshore drive. The apartment appeared exactly like the photos in the listing. Even the gym was impeccable and she had some toiletries and snacks available if we were to forget something small. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to my friends in the future!

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It’s in a great location, is spacious, well appointed and well stocked with everything you will need, furniture is super comfortable, beds were comfortable and love that there’s a luggage rack for every suitcase! The neighborhood is great. I would stay here again and again for all my visits to Tampa.

This place was absolutely amazing! The home was beautiful and exactly what the pictures looked like! Melissa was extremely helpful, super friendly and responded very quickly! Couldn’t have asked for a better host. This place is the perfect spot to get away and relax by the pool! The house was extremely clean and tidy and has an informational book for instructions on everything in the home! Definitely will be staying here again!

Melissa was a great host - very responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for our group of 11 people and everything matched the photos online. We really enjoyed using the backyard and would stay here again if we come back to Tampa!
