All we ask is that you treat this residence the same way you would want a guest to treat your own home :) Please also acknowledge the following: • Pets are allowed! Please keep pets off beds and furniture, clean up after them, and properly dispose of pet waste. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet during your stay. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the residence and any common areas. This includes all forms of tobacco, marijuana, and other substances. If you must smoke or vape, please do so outside and away from building entrances. Signs of smoking inside will result in a $250 fine. • Parties and events are not allowed under any circumstances. Unapproved gatherings or commercial uses (such as photoshoots, weddings, etc.) are also strictly prohibited unless agreed upon in writing in advance. • Children of all ages and infants under 2 years old are welcome! Please supervise them at all times for their safety. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times to respect our neighbors. No loud music or disruptive activities. • Only the people who are on the reservation will be given access codes for entry, and a valid government-issued photo ID must be provided upon booking if requested. • All guests entering the residence—including those not sleeping overnight—must be accounted for in your reservation. Please accurately reflect the true group size. Unreported guests will lead to immediate cancellation of your booking and potential fees for damages. • Please do not take any items belonging to the home off the property, including towels, dishes, or other provided amenities. • Maintain general cleanliness: wash dishes or load them in the dishwasher, dispose of trash in designated bins, and keep food properly stored to avoid pests. • Be respectful of the home and the neighborhood. Treat the space with care and leave it as you found it. • If you require early check-in or late check-out, please request in advance.
