Had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described. Bed is very comfortable. A/C/heat worked well. Shower had plenty of hot water. Location is walking distance to Davis Island and the restaurants in Hyde Park. The parking is conveniently right near the entrance. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Tampa.

Melissa’s rental feels like a sophisticated fairy treehouse. It’s a lovely one-bed apartment on a quiet street that’s decorated beautifully. Melissa really helped our family out when we were searching for a 2-week rental with very little notice. She was incredibly responsive and helpful and went the extra mile to help us get our reservation quickly. This space is perfect for one or two people looking for a happy little apartment just blocks from the main streets of Hyde Park. I loved it so much that I’ve already booked a return visit.
