First off LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! We absolutely loved how close this place was to Hyde Park Village. Just a short stroll through very safe streets and you’re there. We walked there daily. Second, the unit itself is HUGE! So incredibly spacious. We were 4 people including two teenagers and had tons of space to spread out. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the personal touches, such as providing things like razors, toothbrushes, Q Tips, etc., were so thoughtful and appreciated. Such a great touch! I’m a blanket girl so loved having fresh, clean throw blankets in the living room that I could curl up with while watching TV in the evening. The street out front is a little busy during the day but this place is so solidly built you hear absolutely nothing. All in all it is a fantastic find. We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed Melissa place, each room was thoughtfully prepared and I loved the snack baskets. I had everything I needed, easily accessible, and she was very responsive. She even let me extend checkout at the last minute. Definitely great location.

Had a wonderful four day stay and wished it was longer! The condo is perfectly appointed and the views are beautiful, everything is easy to access around the property. We could sit on the balcony and watch the marine life all day. The staff and other visitors were all very friendly. Melissa was a very attentive and gracious host. Very responsive! We can't recommend her place enough! Hope to be back soon!

Great stay! The location was perfect. It was central to so many areas in Tampa with easy access and convenient parking. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It felt homey and welcoming. Melissa was a fantastic host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. I definitely plan to stay again!

I would highly recommend this place to anybody staying in Tampa! I stayed here for one month and had zero issues at all. Mellissa was highly responsive and her place had everything I could need including a full gym, sauna, fully stocked kitchen, and free street parking. If I'm ever in Tampa again I will certainly stay here!

Absolutely lovely time here! We are Tampa locals and this property is right in the heart of where you want to be. The property is beautiful and we even joked we wish we could live in it full time!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location with shops and restaurants walking distance. The home is very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for us to stay with my toddler and infant. The home is exactly like described! I will definitely come back in the near future.

Was in town for a UTampa graduation. This worked well for our family and central to Hyde park restaurants or walking the bay. The host was great and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!!

The place was cute and comfy. Melissa was very responsive and helped out in everyway. We would recommend this stay to anyone we know. Food at the bar and grill by the pool was good also for breakfast and dinner.
