From the moment we entered Melissa’s rental we knew we picked the right one. The home is warm and chic with easy access to all that Hyde Park has to offer. The private parking spot In the back is the perfect added touch to the property when walking the streets of Hyde Park. We enjoyed every detail of the home including the well stocked kitchen and cozy couch. We would 100% recommend renting this place to any person looking to enjoy Hyde Park or the rest of Tampa.

Great view over the water while being quiet and secluded. Convenient tiki bar/iced coffee and breakfast sandwich place right downstairs to start and end the day. Very responsive host. Best of all-simple check out process.

This Airbnb was next level and worth every penny! The beautiful furnishings and attention to detail were outstanding! Anything you may need is provided. We didn’t do any of the things we had planned, because our group of 9, enjoyed the house so much and wanted to stay there instead. I cannot say enough good things. Melissa is very responsive, professional and Friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This was such a wonderful home to spend our Thanksgiving holiday in. One of the "musts" I have in an Airbnb is a 5 star clean. Some other places with the "5 star clean" are dirty; so dirty requiring a cleanup before I would cook in the kitchen but Melissa's home was 10 star clean!!!! Really the cleanest Airbnb I have stayed in ever!!! It was beautifully designed and looked even better than the pictures. I loved the high ceilings to the sky and the large kitchen with enough room for 3 cooks without bumping into one another. Such a relaxing stay we had. Thanks Melissa.

We visited over Thanksgiving weekend to see our daughter who goes to school in the area. Having our whole family and my in-laws in town we wanted to find a home that would be comfortable for everyone and not feel crowded, we were not disappointed! We spent the whole week lounging by the pool, playing games and watching football and were extremely comfortable. During our 5 day stay we never left the house and never felt a need to in order to get a break from each other LOL! I would highly recommend this home to future guest and my in-laws are already talking about booking for next year. Mellissa was a great host that was easy to contact and work with.

Stayed here for a month while I looked for housing. Melissa's place was great. It was cozy, clean, and the perfect location being right next to hyde park village. Highly recommend.

I stayed here almost 2 weeks and I was delighted with the cleanliness, it was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was terrific, the space was beautifully decorated, and overall felt professionally managed. Also, as a woman traveling alone, I liked that there was a gate, security cameras and that it was pretty private set not directly on the street. Enjoyed the stay!

We had an amazing stay at Melissa’s house. Between the amenities in the backyard, the interior updates and cleanliness of the house, and the responsiveness from Melissa- our time in Tampa was top notch. Easy access to everything in and around Tampa! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Melissa’s home was absolutely spectacular. It is a brand new house in impeccable condition, spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay exceptional. The layout was perfect for our family, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. We especially loved the backyard where the kids had a blast with the putt putt golf, ring toss, Connect Four, and the amazing swimming pool. The outdoor barbecue area was great for family dinners and evenings together. Everything felt comfortable, well stocked, and clearly maintained with care. The location could not be better, close to Busch Gardens, ZooTampa, and all of Tampa’s key attractions. Melissa was a great host and made sure everything was seamless. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Enjoyed my stay! The place was very and tidy. Walking distance to Bayshore blvd for morning walks by the water and being so close to all the restaurants was amazing. Highly recommend!! Great place for family and friends to enjoy the west coast of FL!
