I would highly recommend this place to anybody staying in Tampa! I stayed here for one month and had zero issues at all. Mellissa was highly responsive and her place had everything I could need including a full gym, sauna, fully stocked kitchen, and free street parking. If I'm ever in Tampa again I will certainly stay here!

Absolutely lovely time here! We are Tampa locals and this property is right in the heart of where you want to be. The property is beautiful and we even joked we wish we could live in it full time!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location with shops and restaurants walking distance. The home is very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for us to stay with my toddler and infant. The home is exactly like described! I will definitely come back in the near future.

Was in town for a UTampa graduation. This worked well for our family and central to Hyde park restaurants or walking the bay. The host was great and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!!

The place was cute and comfy. Melissa was very responsive and helped out in everyway. We would recommend this stay to anyone we know. Food at the bar and grill by the pool was good also for breakfast and dinner.

The house is beautiful, it is so big and comfortable. The neighborhood is delightful, and felt very safe. There is excellent shopping a few blocks from the home, with cute cafes and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, and it is super cozy. We had a fantastic time staying here.

Stayed May, 2025 and Melissa was an amazing host. She went out of her way to ensure we got the additional hangers we needed. She is very responsive when we had any questions. Would definitely return to this place. It was very clean, had all the amenities even toothbrushes and toothpaste! We had a great time!

Melissa is a great host. Responsive and easy to work with before the stay and during. The street in front of the house is easily accessible to the nearby freeway and connects directly to the beautiful Bayfront 4 mile long linear walkway. The Bayfront walkway is fantastic for all ages. Walkers, joggers, runners, scooters, bikers all have plenty room to share the space. We walked to downtown Tampa multiple times, convention center, Amalie Arena, Aquarium which is next door to the cruise ship port. We were a group of two almost 70 year olds and 3- 30/40 year olds. The Hyde Park “commercial area” a couple blocks away has many shops and dining options for all ages. The Tampa Airport is 15 minutes away, not even by using the freeways. We had a great time here and did not even scratch the surface of what’s to be done nearby. Enjoy your stay.

We would go back to Melissa's in a heart beat! She was extremely responsive. Her kitchen was well stocked. Melissa obviously considered the comfort of her guests. The furnishings were well maintained and stylish. Our family consisted of 3 adults and two children ... one was a 6 month infant and the other a 4-year-old. There were no overriding concerns for the children's safety. Melissa provided an experience that couldn't have been any better!
